Role Summary

The Telesense Delivery function has a business objective to deliver projects to address Customer requirements in a timely and cost-efficient manner. In order to achieve this objective, the Projects 
Department are charged with delivering the product and services to the Customer within pre-defined budgets and timescales according to the contract. The Projects Department is part of the
Project Delivery department.

Implementation analysts specialize in facilitating the deployment of new software and/or other new business functions across an organization; this includes testing, documentation, and teaching
new users. Additionally, this position involves tracking and reporting on this new system and its implementation, which may be a single transition or continuous upgrades. Industries that rely heavily
on technology or are going through changes that incorporate increasing technological demands are those most likely to employ implementation analysts, as these industries typically have the most
turnover for software and technology functions. Many information technology (IT) departments also employ at least one analyst.

Implementation analysts' job is generally mental; however, some physical work may be required for certain systems depending on the company’s needs. Implementation analysts must work within
the outline and specifications given by managers and superiors, using either a predesigned solution or one they have created. Implementation analysts must properly train new users and
subordinates responsible for using the system. This means they need to effectively communicate with employees at many different levels of the company.

It is expected that the post holder will have a proven ability to deliver complex projects within a Customer facing environment and that these have been implemented in accordance with associated
standards. Innovation and the ability to pro-actively contribute to the success of the Company’s procedures and to the business are vital ingredients for the successful candidate.

The applicant is required to demonstrate a proven track record in the above.

Extensive travel will be required. Spanish speaking will be an advantage.

Summary of Key tasks and activities

 

  • Coordinate with clients to evaluate all master tables to install BRM systems efficiently and provide training to end users for same.
  • Prepare design for all workflow and prepare all SQL fragments and store procedures and perform integrated and functionality tests on all implementation processes.
  • Perform all conversions and validate processes and monitor efficient implementation of all software and hardware solutions for all processes.
  • Design and recommend appropriate hardware and software for all systems and prepare proposals for same and implement all solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to validate all software processes and perform upgrade all software applications and establish and efficient documentation system to facilitate recovery and
      prepare all contracts as per requirements and assist to resolve all issues.
  • Coordinate with clients and implementation team to prepare efficient schedule for all new clients and obtain all licenses for software and perform tests on products and recommend appropriate
      purchases to team.
  • Administer setup of all systems according to specifications and ensure synchronization with all requirements and partner with project manager to perform all tests on all schedules and design
      all test plans.
  • Identify and assist to resolve all issues efficiently and perform tests on all infrastructures such as devices and peripherals.
  • Coordinate with clients and implementation tests to perform user acceptance tests and provide training for same and provide update to all available versions.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of all software tools and guidelines and manage multiple projects and ensure completion within required timeframe and prepare an effective interface test plans and
      maintain records of all clinical tests performed on client applications.
  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in business process improvement and reporting, and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and
      guidance to others in the application of best practices.
  • Manage relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on program and promotion results.
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of
      project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing third party relationships.
  • Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects;
      managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results.
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; monitoring progress and results;
      recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
  • Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
  • Understand and navigate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Deliver informative, well-organized presentations to Senior Leadership and stakeholders.

 

Key Skills/Competencies

1. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years Billing & Revenue Management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in Oracle BRM Integrations.
  • Experience in Billing system migrations.
  • Involved in Oracle E2E stack design and implementations.
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
  • Strong configuration and design skills.
  • Successful experience in training and in business process implementation/business process excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.
  • Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industries.
  • Strong expertise in BSS domain/Billing/Rating/Review management/E2E order flow.
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively prepare and maintain the following documents / tools;
    • Business Process
    • Process Flow Analysis
    • Product Architecture and Design Best Practices
    • Experience working with developers
    • Experience with Cloud Solutions and/or RDBS
    • Basic competence in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, C#, etc.)
    • Requirements  Definition
    • Configuration  Workbook
    • Data Models
    • Detailed Functional Design
    • Executive Summaries
    • Project Plans



2. Key Competencies


a) Communication Skills – The Implementation Analyst will work as a go-between with management and the IT department and must be able to explain complex issues in a way that both
will understand. Excellent written and verbal skills.

b) Creativity – The Implementation Analyst will be tasked with finding innovative solutions to computer problems, and therefore an ability to “think outside the box” is important.

c)   Multi-tasking – The Implementation Analyst might be required to work on more than one project at a time, and therefore an ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

 

3. Technical Knowledge and expertise 
 

  • Develop and maintain the means to capture and report on key metrics and measurables.
  • Provide detailed analysis, comparison, and summaries of large amounts of data including product spend, product forecasts, costs to manufacture, and cost reductions.
  • Develop and maintain custom database applications.
  • Work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
  • Experience and understanding of Telecommunication networks and Billing Systems.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
