Capacity Management: Optimal asset utilization. Capacity Management is a part of the Grow the Network process. The purpose is to manage service capacity growth in an effective way. The KPI measurement is based on the actual utilization of the deployed infrastructure on both network level and node level.
Coverage Management: Just-in-time coverage. Coverage Management is a part of the Grow the Network process. The purpose is to manage service coverage growth in an effective and foreseeable way.
There is a need for a systematic, step-by-step knowledge transfer or learning program to improve the comprehensive capabilities of personnel in a fast-changing and converged network environment. Telesense will conduct regular training sessions to ensure proper knowledge transfer and upskilling of staff.
